We are what we think!

Like it or not we are what we think. Thats not to say we can’t have thoughts that are “out there”.  It also doesn’t mean that you’re crazy. What it does mean though, is that what we think subsequently affects how we feel and what we do. Constantly pondering our pain or what is missing from our lives obviously affects our mood in a negative way. Yes trauma hurts, but it can also inspire us to move forward and move on. Moving forward may never be possible without that trauma. It sounds surprising, but in the words of Che Guevara, “…there is no change without revolution…”

If you are angry about your recent breakup or angry with your Ex, don’t suppress it.  Use that energy to make a positive change. We at breakupservice.com are firm believers in the power of anger. Anger can motivate us to take passionate and productive action. Maybe in the not so distant future, you will actually look at this breakup as a turning point that helped to create the successful and fulfilled person that you are today or will be tomorrow.
